There were no students nodding off at the mere mention of William Shakespeare at Hayes High School last week.

Instead, about 75 students in teacher Jeanne Dorset's senior and advanced placement English classes learned in a two-day workshop that sometimes, Shakespeare can mean text messaging and motorcycle escorts.

At least it can in the hands of Muse on Wheels, the educational outreach arm of Muse of Fire, the Shakespearean troupe at Sloss Furnaces.
